Electric Vehicle Charge Points

Electric Vehicle Charge Points

With combatting climate change now a top national priority, a huge network of electric vehicle (EV) charging points is rapidly taking shape across the country. Naturally enough, when it comes providing on-site welfare for the contractors carrying out this work, nothing less than the most eco-friendly provision will do.

Enter Enable Welfare, acknowledged experts in low and zero-carbon welfare solutions!

Our sister company, Enable Infrastructure is at the forefront of the fast-growing EV charging market, working with bp. The global energy company is committed to investing £1 billion in EV charging in the UK over ten years and to tripling its total of charging points – including rapid and ultra-fast chargers in key locations – by 2030.

Enable Welfare are supplying all welfare accommodation for the Enable Infrastructure project. Our towable ECO cabins are being supplied at every petrol station as the EV charge points are installed. Small and nimble with a low footprint, our ECO Hybrid units feature both solar panels and integrated HVO diesel generators (carbon-neutral when powered with HVO fuel), while our ECO Smart Hydrogen units are powered by a low-maintenance fuel cell that generates zero CO2 emissions. In the summer months, all these ECO units are typically operating on 99% solar power.
